hey everyone :)
have you ever been to Rome ? No ? Then you should really go on holiday to the italian capital. I was there two years ago with my class and I will never forget this experience. Rome is a city with many different sides. We drove there by train- the journey took more than ten hours and was really exhausting . After we arrived we went to our hotel, that was near Piazza Navona. Then the great sight seeing began - Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Vatican City, the Trevi Fountain, Brridge of Angels, the Villa Borghese and so on..... The most impressive place for me was Vatican City with St. Peter's Basilica, the Apostolic Palace, the Sistine Chapel, and of course the huge St.Peter´s Square. I will never forget the feeling when I stand in front of the Basilica- you really feel "small" - the sculptures and the architecture are enormous and make you feel something special.
We stayed in Rome for one week - sounds long ? Yes ,but the time went by immediately and we only saw " a little piece " of Rome . So , I am going to Rome again, that is for sure as it is a city that gave me some unforgettable and unbelievable moments :-)
