Hello :))
today I want to tell you something about my "food rules" as a healthy lifestyle is important for me.
- I eat fruits everyday- my favourite fruit is a pineapple :)
- Also I try to eat vegetables each day
- I prefer local vegetables and fruits
- Apart from meat I also like fish
- My favourite beverage is water or sometimes mineral water - I am not a friend of soft drinks
- As I am a student I prefer to cook fast - mostly I eat noodles, rice or potatoes -in my opinion the typical food of a student ;-)
- What I absolutely cannot live without is coffee- in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening - I am a coffe junkie ;-)
- In the morning I like to eat a muesli or a slice of bread with jam :)
- Of course sometimes I cannot resist eating some chocolate and sweets , but I think that is not bad as long as I eat in moderation :)
