Streif- One ride of a hell

hello :)

Last week I was in the cinema and watched the movie " Streif- One hell of a ride ".So, I decided to write about my impressions and now I am going to tell you something about them :) All in all this is a very exciting movie. It is a perfect movie for people , who are interested in sports , especially skiing. The film is about the legendary ski race in Kitzbühel. It shows how much expenditure is necessary to organise such a huge event. During the film a lot of ski racers, like Hermann Maier, Axel Lund Svindal or Marcel Hirscher speak about their experiences, feelings and of course fears. Then the movie also mentions all the accidents that  happened on this ski run. As I am very interested in ski racers and ski races I really enjoyed watching this movie. Everyone describes this ski run as legendary and unique and for this  it is a big dream of me driving down this ski run once in my life ;-)

My "food rules"

today I want to tell you something about my "food rules" as a healthy lifestyle is important for me.

• I eat fruits everyday- my favourite fruit is a pineapple :) 
• Also I try to eat vegetables each day 
• I prefer local vegetables and fruits
• Apart from meat I also like fish 
• My favourite beverage is water or sometimes mineral water - I am not a friend of soft drinks
• As I am a student I prefer to cook fast - mostly I eat noodles, rice or potatoes -in my opinion the typical food of a student ;-) 
• What I absolutely cannot live without is coffee- in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening - I am a coffe junkie ;-) 
• In the morning I like to eat a muesli or a slice of bread with jam :) 
• Of course sometimes I cannot resist eating some chocolate and sweets , but I think that is not bad as long as I eat in moderation :) 

Summer holidays

I will never forget my summer holidays 2014. I was on holiday with my boyfriend for the first time. We decided to spend our holidays in Croatia for five days. We stayed in a five star hotel - the first time in my live I was in such a luxurious accommodation. It had a private beach and of course a huge swimming pool with seawater. The food was excellent but sometimes it was so hot that I could not eat anything - so I often ate ice cream , that tasted awesome ;-) We also went for some walks through parks and along the coast . In the evening we went to some bars or restaurants and enjoyed the panorama of the dark night :-)  In the morning there were always unique sunrises and the temperature was already high .
After five days our holidays were over and I am already looking forward to this summer - we want to fly to Sicily :)

Journey to Lisbon

good morning :)

today I want to tell you something about my journey to Lisbon. I was there with eight friends after we all have passed our final exams. All our other classmates decided to go on holiday to "X-Jam" but noone of us really wanted to go there so we formed a small group of 9 people and went to Portugal. We departed from Venice and after a 2 hour flight we finally were in Lisbon. We stayed there for ten days in a holiday apartment. The next day we went directly to the sea , which had a pleasant temperature and the waves were huge :) Of course we did also sightseeing but not as much as usually with school . In the evening we stayed up late and so our daily routine was very weird ;-) The people in Lisbon are very friendly and helpful . In the evening there are streets filled with people sitting on the sidewalk and drinking cocktails in plastic cups. The atmosphere is unbelievable, some people are dancing, others sing or play the guitar :)  All in all I will never forget this journey as it was very funny, adventurous and unique.

Chocolate chip cookies :-)

today I had some free time and so I baked my favourite cookies ;-) Now I am going to tell you the recipe of the best chocolate chip cookies in the world :)  

• Ingredients 

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour                                               

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 1 cup packed light-brown sugar

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

• 2 large eggs

• 2 cups (about 12 ounces) semisweet and/or milk chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda. In another bowl combine the butter with both sugar and then beat on medium speed .Then add the salt, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well mixed, about 1 minute. Add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
2. Bake until cookies are golden around the edges, but still soft in the center, 8 to 10 minutes. When they are ready just eat and enjoy them :) 

The fault in our stars

As yesterday was New Year´s Eve today I did not do much and so it was  really a lazy day - perfect for watching the movie called "The Fault in our Stars". As I have also read the book I want to tell you my impressions :)

The Fault in Our Stars is a novel by author John Green. The story is about a sixteen-year-old cancer patient named Hazel Grace Lancaster, who is forced to attend a support group where she meets and falls in love with the seventeen-year-old Augustus Waters. What then starts is a great love story- full of hope, sadness, tears, happiness , freedom , despair,..... While reading this book sometimes I was really affected - the story is written very realistic and sensitive , After some time I started to feel with the main characters . I had the feeling I was part of the story ^^
But I will not tell you the whole story of the book - if you want to know what the story is exactly about just read the book ;-) I can only say this is a book, that really touched me ( it made me move to tears a few times ) and I am sure that I am going to read it again and again and.....
